I kept going back and forth with them, they replied a bunch of times but the issue never actually got fixed.

My order showed up just the way I picked it, which was nice. No weird mix-ups or anything wrong in there.

I really wanted to like the site and the products, but the whole design felt a little too plain for me. Some of the pages are clean, sure, but they also come off kind of cold, like they didn’t really try to make the browsing experience feel warm or fun. The product photos are fine, but they don’t really give off much of a vibe or make me excited to buy anything. I can see how some people might like the minimal look, but I was expecting something with a bit more personality.

I bought a coffee press from espro.com and overall I’m happy with it. It feels sturdy and well made, and the coffee definitely tastes better than what I was getting from my old press.

That said, it’s not exactly a cheap buy, so I did pause for a bit before ordering. I’m usually careful with stuff like this because I don’t like spending more unless I’m fairly sure it’ll actually get used and hold up over time.

Shipping was smooth, and the website was easy enough to use. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the price were a little lower, but if you make coffee often, it still feels like a solid value.

I had a problem with my Espro mug and ended up reaching out to support about the warranty. They did get back to me and sent a replacement, so I can’t really complain there. It just took a few days longer than I thought it would, which was a little frustrating, but… in the end they handled it. Overall I’d say it was a good experience, just not super fast

I’ve always been loyal to my usual coffee maker brand, so I wasn’t expecting to like this one as much as I do. It brews really fast, which is great when I’m half-awake and rushing in the morning. My only gripe is that cleanup could be a bit quicker/easier. Still, it’s been convenient enough that I’m starting to question my loyalty a little

I ordered this from espro.com and when it showed up, the box looked like it had been through a lot. The corners were smashed in and the tape was already peeling off, which wasn’t exactly reassuring.
The product itself seems fine so far, so that part was a relief. I just didn’t really get why it was packed the way it was, especially for something in this price range. It kind of felt like it was just put in there without much thought.

It works fine overall, but after having to handwash it again last night, that’s the thing sticking in my mind. I thought it would be easier to just toss in the dishwasher, but handwashing it every time gets old fast...

I bought an Espro press thinking it would feel a bit more premium, but I’m not sure it was worth the money. I bought a replacement filter for my espro press, but for some reason it just doesn’t fit right. I’m a bit confused because I thought it was supposed to be compatible. It’s frustrating, and when I reached out to support, they weren’t much help...

I don’t know, I just expected it to be a lot more useful than it ended up being. The size feels really small, and I kept having to refill it way more than I wanted to. For the price, it just left me feeling disappointed.

I’m using the same beans, grind, and timing, but some cups come out good while others end up weak or a little bitter. I really do like my Espro press — my brother actually got it for me, so I’ve been trying to take good care of it. But getting simple replacement parts has been way more annoying than I expected.
